Careers Information, Advice and Guidance

We aim to deliver a quality service by providing comprehensive and impartial careers information, advice and guidance to all Manor students.

All year 11 students will have the opportunity to attend at least one guidance interview with Mrs Wilson. Students in other year groups can request an interview at any time during the year by speaking to their form tutor or by completing a career request form (available from the office) and posting it in the careers box at the office window.

Upcoming events for Year 11 students and parents

The ‘Steps to Success’ options event will take place on 20 October 2015 from 3.30-8pm in the Knavesmire Stand at York Racecourse.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet staff from all of the post-16 learning providers in York including schools, colleges and training providers and learn about the full range of courses on offer in York. Representatives from the higher education sector will also be present to offer advice and guidance
