Vacancy: Casual Lettings Assistant
Salary: Grade 2 – £7.70 per hour

Grade 2 – £7.70 per hour (comprising of basic hourly rate plus living wage supplement) – variable, casual part-time hours available.
The academy is looking for a Casual Lettings Assistant to join the Lettings Team to support external hiring of the Academy facilities, looking after our customers working alongside the Facilities Team
The successful applicant will become part of a team of Lettings Assistants, covering evenings, Saturdays and occasional Saturday evenings and Sundays. As part of a team you will be working 1-2 evenings per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month. Flexibility to work hours to cover holidays and sick absences is desirable.
As part this team you will be responsible for welcoming all external letting groups and overseeing their booking, setting up equipment as needed. These could be sporting groups, event bookings etc. Excellent Customer Service skills are required.

Emblazon have reassured us that they are working hard to resolve the situation and they will inform parents as soon as the stock is available, we will also update you as soon as we know the stock has come into store.
We have been made aware that there is an issue with the supply of both the Upper and Lower school MCE pullovers from Emblazon. Please be assured that there will be no consequences for any students not wearing the pullover when we return in September.
